1. Orders & Purchasing

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our collection of men’s apparel
  2. Select your preferred items, size, and quantity
  3. Add items to your cart
  4. Proceed to checkout and complete payment

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only before the order is processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled and must follow our return process.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment facilities and delivered using trusted national carriers.

What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

3. Tracking & Delivery Issues

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

What if my order is delayed?

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team.

What if my package is lost?

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist with a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Original condition with tags attached

How do I start a return?

  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. There are no refund or restocking fees.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.

We recommend PayPal for fast and secure checkout. Other accepted payment methods may be displayed at checkout depending on availability.

All transactions are encrypted and processed by secure third-party payment providers. Driesbrewing does not store full payment details.
